Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Monthly payment plans are offered. However, you can pay monthly, weekly, etc. or in a lump sum once it is received before the final payment deadline.

Is travel insurance necessary?

While travel insurance is not mandatory, it is highly recommended. It provides coverage for unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and more. All quotes will include travel insurance and can be removed at your request.

What is your cancellation or change policy?

The policies for changes or cancellations vary depending on whether your package has travel insurance and what needs to be changed/canceled. In addition to the supplier fees, Travelz Allure Travel Agency charges a non-refundable/non-transferable cancellation fee that is $50 and will be sent via a separate invoice for payment prior to cancellation being processed. This fee is only required if you decide to cancel your booking and you did not choose travel protection.

About the proposal?

The proposal will include 2-3 options to/from 1 airport and or cruise port. If you would like options to/from multiple airports/cruise ports, an additional fee will be assessed per each location.

What happens after the initial fee is paid?

Our custom quotes are delivered in 3-5 business days (not including weekends/holidays) based on the complexity of your needs and trip requirements. You will receive the proposal with 2-3 options to choose from. Once you approve the proposal and select the best option for you, a booking link will be sent for you to authorize your payment and share with your companions if anyone else is joining you.

Please note: The planning fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Planning fees are also not reimbursable through travel insurance/protection.

Do I need a passport?

For international travel, a passport is required for identification, whereas domestic travel within the United States and U.S territories necessitates a state-issued driver's license or ID.

Why is the price different?

Prices are subject to change until the deposit is made or the balance is paid in full. 

What is all-inclusive

These packages typically include meals, drinks, transportation, lodging, and activities. Most Caribbean islands and non-U.S. territories provide all-inclusive resort stays, while hotels and resorts within the U.S. do not offer all-inclusive amenities at this time.
